Salmon is a heart healthy fish. It is important that when buying any food that your foods has not been injected with any GMOs, antibiotics, or any other chemicals. I buy the Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon with no antibiotics. Place salmon filets in a medium, nonporous glass dish. In a separate medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended. Pour Mixture over the Salmon and let marinate fir a minimum of 4 hours. You may also wrap the salmon in plastic wrap while its marinating. It is really up to you on your marinating method, just make sure you allow the marinate to penetrate the salmon. Either grill over a wood fire or coal but make sure you get this on the grill. Grill each side about 5-6 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. You can serve the salmon with a bed of cauliflower rice with Kale leaves! Enjoy!
