Avocado. Contains Folate, Potassium, Vitamin K, C, B5, B6 and E. Avocado is high in monosaturated fatty acid know as oleic acid. Oleic acid is has been linked to inflammation and has a beneficial effect on cancer genes. This plant food is High in fiber and can lower cholesterol and triglycerides.

Cacao. Is an aphrodisiac and contributes to changing your mood, even hormonal mood swings. In its raw form it Protects your heart and Prevents Cardiovascular Diease.

Bananas. Promotes weight loss, Controls high blood Pressure Boost Enery and Increase Stamina.

Coconut Milk. Helps loose fat and Builds muscles. The triglycerides found in coconut milk increases energy that will help with your exercise routine. The healthy fats in coconut milk fills you up and reduces your chance of overeating.



Ingredients:
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 medium cold banana
  • 1/4 cup plain coconut milk
