Coffee is a dehydrater, this Lemon Lime Enegry Boost is not! Not only does it give you energy it also hydrates and promotes a healthy weight lifestyle!

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 lime

Directions
Pour 8 cups water in pitcher or large bowl. Wash lemons and limes, cut into thin slices and add to water.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before drinking, and enjoy! Keep ingredients refrigerated up to 2 days.

Lemons have Citric Acids that helps food tlstick to your stomach longer, reducing your food intake. We call this Lemon Dressing as you can use this with just about anything. It can even be used as a dipping sauce.

This simple dressing can help to jumpstart your weight loss. The citric acid that the lemon contains helps to hold food in your stomach longer, which prevents you from eating more later.


Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

DirectionsPour over salads, salmon fillet, sauteed vegetables or any other ideas you can think of. Then, broil for 10-15 minutes depending on what you are pouring it over.

  • 4 tea bags
  • 1/3-1/2 tsp stevia extract, to taste
  • 3 lemon slices

Directions

1. Brew your favorite tea per package directions. Pour into a glass pitcher and let cool.

2. Add stevia to taste and garnish with fresh fruit like lemon slices. Serve chilled.

Stay Hydrated this Summer with these All Natural homemade Ice Pops!!

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Juice and zest of 1 large lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions
1. In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth.


2. Divide among your popsicle molds and freeze for several hours.
